Start of  hiking trails. Sokolia dolina is one of the wildest gorges of the Slovak Paradise and is located on the eastern edge of the plateau Glac. Sokolia dolina was discovered by tourists as one of the last. The first transition took place in April 1910 . First winter crossing was reported in 1912. In 1913 it was marked for the first time. The transfer line was completely rebuilt, the most important change is the passing of  Zavojovy vodopad (the highest waterfall in the Slovak Paradise).
